Your First Visit...

 Prices may fluctuate based on time and skill.

Each dog is a special individual so pricing varies. It’s tough to give an exact price without seeing your dog in person. A Shih-Tzu can be the same size as a fuzzy terrier, but they require different time and are a different degree of difficulty. If we do a fluffy hand scissored haircut, it will take more time and skill than a short one length clipper cut. Please let us know if you have questions about your dog.

Our mission is to maintain a Holistic, Calm and Inviting atmosphere for our clients. 

To maintain a high quality standard we work with pet parents that keep a schedule no longer than 12 weeks. If you would like to be considered please fill out the application below, when we have open slots we will reach out. The following lists the requirements to keep an existing client status:

• Must book follow up appointment that is no further than 12 weeks from last groom. 
• Cannot have a no call/no show.
• Cancelations or reschedule must be done no less than 24 hours in advance.
• Cannot have more than 1 cancelation/reschedule within a 6 month period. 
• Vaccinations must be kept up to date. 

•  Please give 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule. Appointments that are canceled on the same day will be charged the full rate due to lose of work. 
• A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment due to lose of work. 
• Running late? No worries simply give us a call prior to your appointment time so we can adjust if needed. Appointments that run more than 15 minutes past their original time may have to be rescheduled depending on availability and type of groom booked.

*Sometimes elderly or special needs dogs need additional handlers to provide a safe and comfortable groom for your pet. If your dog needs two groomers, there may be an extra charge based on size and time.

A $20 non refundable deposit is required to book your first appointment. The deposit will be collected once your intake form is received and approved and applied towards the groom.

If you need to reschedule, the deposit will follow to the newly appointed time. 

• You may arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointed time to allow your groomer to review your pet and go over any questions that come up.  
• Once your pet is checked-in, you will be given an approximate time to pick up so you can plan ahead.
•  Please note than order to provide our One-on-One services, we allocate suite space per each reservation. Therefore, the groomer or front end staff member will call/text you approximately 15 minutes prior to the pet being ready for pick up time.  We then expect the pet to be picked up within that time frame. 
• However, we do allow up to an hour from time of notification for pick up. Depending on pet behavior, safety or pick up duration, your pet may be placed in a kennel either temporarily or until they have been picked up. 

*Please advise us if your pet needs to be kenneled for any reason. 

• For guaranteed no kenneling, we recommend you book the first appointment of the day, speak to your groomer for availability. 
• Should the duration exceed that courtesy hour, a daycare fee of $25 will be added, tis decision is on a case by case basis. Please communicate with your groomer if you need more time at the point of drop off. Pets left overnight will be charged $150 and may not be accepted for future appointments. 

 These prices are only an estimate based on size and coat types, however, we charge based on time and skill so prices may vary.
